We are proud to be the largest provider of Safe Urban Driving training in the UK. A population increase across cities and towns in the UK has only added to the challenges and hazards of driving. To help improve road safety, Safe Urban Driving focuses on understanding the urban environment where there is a high risk to vulnerable road users such as cyclists and pedestrians. It includes a practical cycle session to give drivers first-hand experience of what being a vulnerable road user is like.
Meets FORS Silver accreditation, CLOCS standards and contractual work-related road risk (WRRR) requirements.
As London grows, so does traffic congestion and air pollution. This has a major and damaging impact on public health. Nearly 9,500 people die early each year in London because of poor air quality. This course focuses on minimising the environmental impact of vans and LGV’s by reducing emissions through journey planning and vehicle checks, fuel- efficient driving and alternative fuels. LoCITY Driving is essential training for all HGV commercial drivers and will be applicable to all sectors.
Focusing on reducing work related road risks and creating long term changes in behaviour, this course brings professionalism to the forefront of your drivers.
