Fleet Source are the UK’s largest independent driver CPC, fleet training and auditing experts. We are looking for trainers and auditors to join our fantastic team, delivering a range of training and associated audit programmes, relating to: Driver CPC all the way through to bespoke client courses and in-vehicle training (excluding licence acquisition). Our client portfolio is extensive and ranges from single centre operating companies to large national organisations. Our training is delivered throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays, to accommodate client business needs and timescales.

Key skills and qualifications:

· Teaching/training qualification or evidence of working towards one.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Able to work to high standards of quality and compliance.

· Organised and excellent time management.

· Open to cross country travel to deliver courses and audit programmes (expenses paid).

· Engaging and enthusiastic and passionate about behavioural change.

· Able to evaluate your own training delivery and welcome audit feedback.

· Auditing Qualifications.
