CV Show Success for Fleet Source

Fleet Source enjoyed a very successful 3 days exhibiting at this year’s CV Show at the NEC in Birmingham. The annual event, attended by nearly 21,000 business visitors is the largest and best attended commercial vehicle event in the UK and played host to some of the country’s largest fleet operators.

Fleet Source had their strongest presence yet at the show, with a brand new stand alongside a large video wall, to engage new and existing clients. The stand was busy throughout with delegates enquiring about the comprehensive training solutions on offer from one of the UK’s top 10 JAUPT centres.

The recently launched Terrorism Risk and Incident Prevention (TRIP) suite of products was a particularly popular discussion point for delegates, as transport operators expressed their interest in using TRIP as an apposite solution for their Driver CPC with the 2019 deadline fast approaching.

As part of the FORS Community Partnership, Fleet Source hosted a FORS Clinic on stand with senior auditors on hand to offer delegates advice and guidance around the scheme.

Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance at FORS, Graham Holder said, “Attendance from FORS at the CV Show this year was in the form of a FORS ‘drop-in clinic’ to provide assistance to any visitors who required guidance or clarification on any matter regarding FORS membership, whether existing membership, Bronze entry level requirements, FORS progression or approved driver training”.

Holder also commented on the volume of delegates on stand, saying “The ‘clinic’ proved very popular, with a constant flow of enquiries, especially in relation to FORS progression to Silver and Gold accreditation”.
